TruFilter RMA Policy 

We 100% guarantee our filters. If your filter is flawed or has any defect, and it has been 90 days or less since your purchase, we would be happy to schedule a free return or exchange.

We can only issue refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, incorrect size received, and wrapped/unopened filters.

If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, or you are returning for a reason other than a manufacturer's defect, your return might be subject to shipping charges. Please reach out to us to request a return authorization by filling out our online form at Trufilter.com/RMA

Order Cancellation Policy
We work around the clock to get orders out as quickly as possible. Our orders ship within 24-48 business hours after being placed. If for some reason you change your mind about your Trufilter order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, the order will need to be refused. If the package is delivered, please contact the RMA team to request a return authorization by visiting Trufilter.com/RMA
